contactmusic.com reports the following about vegetarian Leona Lewis:
Vegetarian pop sensation LEONA LEWIS turned down a $1.85 million (GBP1 million) offer to open the summer (08) sale at London department store Harrods – because it sells fur.
The Bleeding Love hitmaker, who gave up meat when she was 12 years old, refused to accept the lucrative deal from Harrods owner Mohammed Al Fayed, because she doesn’t want to be associated with any store or brand that appears to promote the use of fur.
